It is located at two miles from the town of Terni, Umbria, at one hour by direct train to Rome and it is very well connected to all attractions of Umbria (medieval villages, lakes, waterfall, national park).
The apartment is brand new and consists of an entrance to a well-lit and spacious air-conditioned living & dining-room with a double sofa bed. There is also a stylish bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a newly fitted Italian kitchen with all appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, American Coffeemaker, "Nespresso" Italian Coffeemaker, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware and Utensils).
A laundry room with a washing machine, iron & ironing board is available. The furniture and all the equipment and appliances are brand new. The apartment has direct access to the swimming pool (which is shared with the owner) and it is equipped with a 46 inch 3D cable TV, wifi internet, Xbox 360 game station and stereo music player.
A fully-equipped gym with all facilities (treadmill, workout station, exercise bike, incline bench, punching bag, barbells, fitness ball, floor mats) is available 24th in a room of the villa.
A ping-pong table and 2 bicycles are also available for guests.
Bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided as well as pool chairs, umbrellas and pool towels.

Four miles away there is one of the highest waterfall in Europe, Marmore Fall and the river Nera valley, dotted with medieval villages and old monasteries and churches. Terni is a pleasant, modern town with shops, restaurants and cafes. Rome is only 50 min by high speed train and 1 hour fifteen minutes by car
The property sets in the middle of olive oil and oak trees, in a countryside named "Colle dell'Oro" (Golden Hill), because of the many luxury private villas, which are there. Beautiful walks and bike tours can be done in the area, which is safe at all time.
Among the attractions of the area besides Rome you find Assisi (30 min by car), Perugia and Orvieto (45 min), Marmore Fall (10 min), Piediluco Lake (20 min), Castelluccio (1.15h), Greccio (30 min) and many more.
