Day 4 Transfer to Matera
visit two of the most spectacular and off the beaten path villages in the South of Italy, Pietrapertosa and Castelmezzano, two mountain top villages ringed by the Lucanian Dolomite. Pietrapertosa is even more amazing and the Saracen fortress at its pinnacle is carved out of the mountain. Continue to Matera and settle at your hotel in the old town
