ITINERARY

Day 1   Naples - Pompeii - Positano

• Transfer from Naples train station/airport to Pompeii and visit the Roman excavations. Time for lunch and continue to your Yoga retreat in Positano, in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. The retreat is perched on the hill of Positano, halfway between the coast and the village of Montepertuso in an unspoiled mix of nature and silence
• Welcome dinner and overnight

Day 2  Nature walk to Montepertuso

• Yoga session and breakfast. Nature walk to the tiny village of Montepertuso in the morning, where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast from the top of the hill. 
• Lunch and time on your own at the retreat. Yoga session before dinner

Day 3  Ravello - Amalfi

• Yoga session and breakfast. Departure for Ravello, Amalfi and drive on the worldwide famous Amalfi Coast. Visit Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone with the amazing "infinity terrace". Return to your retreat and dinner

Day 4  Hiking to the "Path of Gods"

• Full day dedicated to one of the highlights of the tour, the famous hiking on the "Path of Gods", an extraordinarily panoramic footpath above the Amalfi Coast. The scenery goes from hills dotted with just a few shrubs, where walkers frequently come across grazing sheep and goats, to a typically Mediterranean landscape littered with oaks, heather and rosemary. The path offers breathtaking views of the sea and the coast below. 
  
• Stop for a pic-nic in one of the viewpoints of the path, before reaching the little village of Nocelle and back to your retreat for dinner

Day 5   Excursion to Capri by boat

• Yoga session and breakfast. Walk to Positano and take a private boat to the Island of Capri. Enjoy a day around the island, take a swim in its clear water and stop for lunch in a local restaurant by the seafront. You can snorkel or simply lye on the deck of your boat relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the island. Return to your retreat in the late afternoon and dinner

Day 6   Sorrento

• Yoga session and breakfast. Departure for Sorrento, which is a lively town full of shops, cafes and restaurants. Time to explore the town, sip the delicious Limoncello and wander through the narrow streets of the old town
• Return to your retreat in the afternoon and dinner

Day 7   Day at leisure 

• Yoga session and breakfast. Full day at leisure at your retreat for relax, yoga and meditation. 

• You can have a relaxing professional massage or enjoy a refreshing bath at the small pool in the retreat garden. Afternoon yoga session. Lunch and farewell dinner provided at the retreat

Day 8   Departure

• Transfer to Naples train station/airport
  
  

 You can add extra nights in Naples or other places, 
before or after the tour and extend your stay in Italy.
