PRICES, DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS

• Prices shown are per person, in euro currency
• Payments are accepted by Visa, MasterCard and bank wire. Amex credit cards are subject to an additional fee of 2,5%
• A first deposit of 10 % of the total price of the tour is due at the moment of booking
• A second deposit of 50 % of the total price of the tour is due no later than 120 days prior to tour start
• Balance payments are due 90 days prior to tour start

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 

• In the unlikely event that we would cancel your tour, you would be entitled to a 100 % refund within 2 weeks after the tour's cancellation

- If you cancel your tour reservation for any reason:

Deposits

• 10 % non-refundable
• 50 % refundable up until 90 days prior to tour start date
• 100 % non-refundable less than 90 days prior to tour start date

Balance payments

• 50 % refundable 90 days or more prior to tour start date
• no refund 60 days or less prior to tour start date

Physician documented emergency medical reasons or police documented cases of accident, flood, fire or crime are required for refunds.

We do not provide refunds for: non-medical personal problems; air carrier delays or cancellations; inability to obtain passports; business problems or emergencies; etc.

INSURANCE 

• We suggest you purchase your own travel insurance providing cancellation coverage, airline tickets, trip delay, lost luggage or any potential medical expenses. It is not possible for JUSTMYTOUR to provide protection coverage of any sort and you agree to buy insurance or travel at your own risk. NOT INCLUDED

• Air transportation, meals not listed as "included", room service, phone calls, etc. are not included. Your additional expenses will be for non-included meals, personal sightseeing or shopping and gratuities

SHORE EXCURSIONS - DAY TRIPS

Booking

• A deposit of 25 % of the tour cost is required to secure your reservation. Balance is due 30 days before the tour start
• We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. Amex cards (2,5 % fee)

Cancellation policy

• Tours are refundable up to 14 days before the scheduled departure
• Skip-the-line tickets to monuments & attractions are not refundable
• No charge if your ship will not dock in port due to unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, itinerary change, etc.) provided that you advise us 24 hours before

TOUR CHANGES 

• Delays or itinerary changes caused by strikes, bad weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are not obliged to pay guests compensation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

• No responsibility is accepted for any loss, expense, accident, injury, or damage to any person or property due to the actions or omissions of any person, or any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, defects in machinery, breakdown of equipment, weather, quarantine, negligence, loss of baggage, or other causes beyond our control, such losses being the responsibility of the guest

• Any and all information submitted to us by you is held in strict confidence. Your name, address, phone number, email address, tour inquiry or purchase information will be used by JUSTMYTOUR only and not shared with any third parties
