Day 1 Arrival in Florence
Pick up at Florence train station/airport/hotel and transfer to your hotel, which is located in the city center. Time at leisure in the rest of the day.
Day 2 Florence city tour + Pizza & Gelato making class
Visit the world famous Academy Gallery of Fine Arts (Michelangelo's David), Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and all the many attractions of the town in the morning. Learn to make pizza and gelato in authentic Italian style. This late-afternoon, chef-led class will introduce you to the history of these glorious Italian creations before you enjoy a dinner of the delicacies that you've prepared yourself.

Day 1 Arrival in Florence
Pick up at Florence train station/airport/hotel and transfer to your hotel, which is located in the city center. Time at leisure in the rest of the day.
Day 2 Florence city tour + Pizza & Gelato making class
Visit the world famous Academy Gallery of Fine Arts (Michelangelo's David), Ponte Vecchio, Duomo and all the many attractions of the town in the morning. Learn to make pizza and gelato in authentic Italian style. This late-afternoon, chef-led class will introduce you to the history of these glorious Italian creations before you enjoy a dinner of the delicacies that you've prepared yourself.
Day 3 San Gimignano - Wine tasting
Visit San Gimignano, famous for its tower houses dating back to medieval time and which looks like a town plucked from a fairy tale and set into the Tuscan countryside. Enjoy a stroll in this marvelous village and take your time for pictures and an Italian "gelato" in the main square. Have a typical lunch in a local winery, before returning to Florence in the afternoon, where you will have some time at leisure

Drive through the Tuscan countryside to Pisa, where you will have time to explore the famous "Field of Dreams" with the spectacular Leaning Tower and other monuments. Continue to a local winery and have a wine cellar tour in a typical Tuscan country farm, where you are going to taste a selection of delicious wines and local products. Return to Florence in the early afternoon and time at leisure.
Drive through the Tuscan countryside to Pisa, where you will have time to explore the famous "Field of Dreams" with the spectacular Leaning Tower and other monuments. Head South and stop in Cortona, where the movie "Under the Tuscan sun" was filmed. Stroll the cobblestone streets of the famous village and have lunch in one of the many restaurants. Continue to Umbria along the largest lake in Central Italy, Trasimeno Lake, before arriving in your boutique hotel, which is in the outskirts of the Umbria capital city, Perugia.

Day 6 Perugia and Gubbio
Travel to Gubbio, one of the oldest towns in Umbria, rich in monuments and art. Most of the buildings in Gubbio are built of stone and date back to the 14th and 15th century. Gubbio is home to the World’s Largest Christmas Tree. The illuminated tree up the side of Mount Ingino has been in the Guinness Book of World Records since 1991.
Continue to Perugia, which is important not only for his history, but also for Italy’s top jazz festival, Umbria Jazz and an annual chocolate festival, Eurochocolate.
Travel to Gubbio, one of the oldest towns in Umbria, rich in monuments and art. Most of the buildings in Gubbio are built of stone and date back to the 14th and 15th century. Day 7 Bevagna-Montefalco-Spoleto
Drive through a valley dotted with small villages, and rolling hills. Stop in the lovely town of Bevagna, before having a wine tasting in one of the typical wineries in Montefalco area, which is famous worldwide for its delicious DOC wines.
Continue to your hotel in Spoleto, an historical residence dating back to the nineteen century, where you will spend the next three nights.

Travel to Assisi and visit the town with St Francis Basilica, St Clare Church, the Rose Garden and other monuments in town. Enjoy a taste of local products with wine in the town of Assisi.

Day 9 Orvieto - Civita di Bagnoregio
Departure for Orvieto, an Etruscan town built on a steep rock and famous for the extraordinary Cathedral and also for its delicious wine. Have a wine cellar tour with lunch in a local restaurant, and explore some 2500 years old storage rooms, where the Etruscans used to keep olive oil, wine and food. Continue to Civita di Bagnoregio, one of the world’s most unique and enchanting towns, where only twelve people live during the winter time. Arrive in Rome, where you are going to spend the last night of your tour.
